- Memos & stuff:
Obvious option #1. Just a place where you can just quickly jot down anything important that you'll use sometime. Like shopping lists, basic planning, to-do lists, quick calculations if you need to work something out, etc. This can also be used when you don't have a specific notebook handy at the moment. I like to make this notebook able to fit inside a pocket.

Also, I should mention: I'll be 100% honest, this can all be divided into different notebooks for organisation's sake, but for me personally, I find that all the limitations that books have for really specific uses is quite demotivating. Like, who are you to tell me where to write what specific thing, hm????? (I'm kidding, but I'm serious about the demotivation part)
